How do i track my order?

Tracking Email

As soon as your order is dispatched from our distribution centre, you will be issued and sent an email to confirm that your parcel is on its way. You can track your order using the tracking number and link in the dispatch confirmation email we will send to the email address you entered on your order.

From your Dashboard

Apart from your shipping confirmation email, you can locate your tracking link inside the dashboard of your Caktus account. From your account dashboard, you can locate your latest order at the top of the page. For previous orders, you can visit your Order History page from the dashboard menu. On each order, you will see a Tracking Button.
