For all regional/rural/remote addresses, your parcel will land in your nearest major city (*) first, and then your parcel will be ground transported for final delivery. Please allow an extra 1-3 business days for delivery from your nearest major city (*). Any parcels shipped via DHL Express that are regional/rural/remote will be delivered by a 3rd party carrier, in most cases Aus Post as DHL does not cover these areas with their own courier drivers.

DHL Express - Extra Info
This service is signature required, if you provide a mobile number during checkout you will be sent an SMS message with a link to where you can update the delivery method for your parcel. You can opt-out of the signature required, redirect the parcel to a pickup location, leave the parcel with a neighbour, or pause the delivery if you are away on holiday. Alternatively, you can visit DHL - On-Demand Delivery page, use your tracking number (Waybill Number) to locate your parcel, and select your preferred delivery method.

AUS Post - Extra Info
This service is not an express courier service, it can be hit or miss as there are a lot of moving parts in this network, so unforeseen delays do happen more often than with an express courier like DHL. You have the option at checkout to have your parcel delivered signature required or not. If you opt for no signature required, your parcel will not be protected in the event of a false delivery or if your parcel is lost or stolen after it has been scanned as delivered. 

Please note: all targets listed on our website are in business days. Weekends & public holidays do not count as shipping days allocated to the target delivery period as the network is not operating. All delivery targets on our website are estimates only and we cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays. Your target delivery period begins once you receive your shipping confirmation email and your order has been dispatched not from the time/date you place your order.
