Is my order Signature Required?
Parcels shipped via DHL Express are by default Signature Required. You will be sent an SMS message to the mobile number you provided at checkout. This SMS will provide a link to where you can update the delivery method for your parcel. You can choose to opt out of the signature required, redirect the parcel to a pickup location, leave the parcel with a neighbour, or pause the delivery if you are away on holiday. You can also visit DHL - On-Demand Delivery page, use your tracking number (Waybill Number) to locate your parcel, and select your preferred delivery method.
NZ Post & Australia Post
Parcels shipping on NZ Post or Aus Post have options for no signature or signature required. Please note that once your parcel has shipped we are not able to change the delivery status of your delivery.
