My pod is leaking e-liquid

You've filled your pod, and e-liquid is leaking out the bottom? The usual culprit here is that the top cap you removed from your pod while filling is either loose or left off too long after filling your pod!

Top-Fill refillable pods create a vacuum seal once the pod is closed with the top cap on - The cap pushes air pressure into the pod creating a vacuum seal, and when the cap is left off, even for a few minutes, the seal is broken, and the pod will begin to leak out the bottom.

To avoid this, after filling your pod, place the cap back on straight away (within 10sec or so), and inhale on the pod while it's detached from the device a couple of times. This helps in two ways; it primes the pod pulling juice into the cotton, so you don't dry hit the pod, and it also helps create that vacuum seal faster. This issue is common with most top-filled pods, but once you get the hang of it, you shouldn't have any problems.
